About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate client Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care for our animal patients. You will work closely with veterinarians and other staff to ensure the health and well-being of animals in our care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal handling, veterinary terminology, and a passion for pet care.

Our expectation is for our client Service representative to be the joyful face of H-Town Veterinary Specialists. The following are the responsibilities for this team member:
• Enthusiasm is the key to this position
• Deep desire to coordinate and achieve Client satisfaction
• Desire to maintain smooth communication between client and clinician for seamless transactions
• Caring instinct with client and patient as central priority
• Desire to master skills related to communication and logical problem solving
• Answer incoming client communications (phone, email, text)
• Greeting clients and guiding clients to exam rooms
• Schedule appointments
• Coordinate and document doctors’ schedules on EZ VET
• Facilitate communications between client and clinicians
• Facilitate conversations regarding estimates and invoices
• Processing payments and deposits for procedures
• Facilitate intake of patients on surgical day with help of technical team
• Coordinate and procure signatures for intake and release paperwork
• Facilitate inputting of surgical charges and creating discharge instructions for surgical patients
• Coordinate and facilitate patient discharges post operatively
• Facilitate prescriptions and refills
• Facilitate follow up communications and post-operative clinician client communications
• Schedule follow up visits for patients

As a Client Service Representative, you will be instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your core skills in customer relationship management and communication will be essential in addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

As a Client Service Representative, you will be instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your core skills in customer relationship management and communication will be essential in addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction. For your application to be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Customer Service: Minimum 1 Year of Veterinary Office Experience (Required)

  • Ability to Commute to Stafford (Required) and Spring Branch

  • Ability to Relocate to Stafford if Necessary to Ensure Attendance
